Q.Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in China, USA, Germany, Thailand, India and Indonesia. We have been cooperating with warehouses in Britain, Australia, France and so forth.. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please expect your products to ship separately if your ordered more than one. 

Q. where do you ship to?

Shipping/processing

A. We are shipping worldwide. However, there are certain remote locations that our global shipping program is unable to reach and we are planning on expanding it as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, our team will always make sure our products reach you no matter where you live for additional cost in case of our global shipper are unable to deliver at the given postal code. Q. How long does your order processing take? 

A. Generally your order will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Q. How long will it take for my merchandise to arrive?

A. it usually takes between 8-15 business days for all products in your order to arrive.  

Q. What if the product arrives damaged? Do I have to pay for the shipping to return it?

A. If a product arrives damage/wrong item you are supposed to report it within 10-days of delivery to info@travelfreakgst.com to create a dispute ticket with proof of image/video & proof of purchase.

Yes, there is return shipping cost, only if you choose to return the product to our warehouse. We don't suggest you to do that as we will initiate a full or partly refund to your original payment method after our warehouse team approves. To know more go through return policy.  

Q. Why am I unable to view prices in my currency?

A. Our store primary currency is in Rupees. However, you can change it to US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Pound sterling, or Euro from the menu section. Please note we are working on adding new currencies. 

Q. What are the international payment methods available?

A. we accept all forms of online payments from Paypal, International digital wallets and UPI/Gpay to all debit and credit cards. You can choose between our two payment gateway options. Read more

Q. Are there any hidden charges?

A. No, there are no hidden charges. You will only be charged for what is being showed to you during the final checkout page. It includes your goods & service tax and custom clearance. Note: Our team will never ask you to pay twice, we may ask you to pay extra if only your location is in a remote area (eg. Shipment to Antarctica as the shipment cost is really high). All shipping, Duties and taxes for international shipping shall not be borne by the customer once paid the amount in full at checkout. TRAVELFREAKGST will pay any Custom Duties (only IOSS, We are not permitted to pay VATT on any goods) or Taxes for International Shipping and goods, if asked to pay otherwise from any third party company please contact us immediately before making any transactions.
